Andrzej Ratajczyk. Born in Warsaw 1964. Graduate of the Faculty of Graphic Arts at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw. He obtained his diploma in the studio of printmaking led by Władysław Winiecki in 1990, presenting a series of prints made in the technique of etching and aquatint under the title ‘Licentia poetica’ and a theoretical work entitled ‘Emotional-visual baggage’. Having been an advertising artist for many years, he developed his creative skills in printmaking and painting. Works from this period can be found in private and public collections in Poland, Europe, the USA, Canada, Saudi Arabia and Taiwan. Since 2016, he has been working in his studio in Łomianki near Warsaw focusing on spot linocut and painting. He is a member of ZPAP (Association of Polish Artists).
